As Enviva's founding and managing partner, Richard has become renowned in the training industry for his unique motivational style that provides managers with the confidence to improve both personal and business performance.

Building on his experience in company administration acting as a 'company doctor, Richard has been working with clients to develop the business processes, tools and skills necessary to drive performance improvement.

As one of the Enviva's founding partners, Caroline oversees the process change and development needs of our clients. Ranging from the design and implementation of investment decision making processes to the production of supporting workshop and distance learning materials.

Caroline's experience ensures the development team can quickly understand the client issues and produce innovative tailored solutions. "The Enviva approach to 'facilitating change' allows our clients to get the best of both worlds - they retain the benefit of ownership of the change whilst bringing in industry best practice solution design".

Lynn is responsible for the administration of Enviva courses and project work.

It's a testament to the whole team that we often receive feedback congratulating not only the project outcomes but also the first-rate support that is provided by the Enviva team.

Lynn is the first point of contact for the booking of courses, available dates, participant numbers, printing logistics etc.
